Each investor will receive a share certificate of the segregated portfolio that holds the land title. The land title will be issued under the name of the said segregated portfolio, and a certified original copy will be sent to you.
Each segregated portfolio operates according to its own rules.
The capital invested by each investor is always reimbursed first.
The profits will then be shared equally between investors and MutuLand.
It is important to note that MutuLand will only receive its share of the profits once the minimum return on investment initially agreed upon is delivered to the investors.
In accordance with our due diligence policy and to access information about our deals, each potential investor must sign our non-disclosure agreement form.

Each investor expressing interest in a segregated portfolio receives an investment package, which includes:
The capital raised includes all reasonable expenses required for the acquisition, development, and sale of the land, (such as acquisition price, notary and legal fees, taxes, title fees, property maintenance and development costs, financial and accounting costs, referral and commission fees, and more).
There are no hidden costs. Any increase in the capital holding will be subject to a vote by the investors in the portfolio.
Any remaining funds at the termination of the portfolio will be reimbursed to the investors.
Yes, you will have direct access to the person managing your file. All information will be available on your login, and you will receive quarterly or semi-annual updates, depending on the properties in which you have invested.
